Bowie County Historical Markers
We have yet to explore Bowie County
NUMBER OF MARKERS IN COUNTY - 67
Have - 1 Need - 66
8th December, 2018 - On researching Bowie County there definitely be some challenges, including 4 markers that we taken out by a truck. Another issue for this county is the Texas Historical Commission does not list a contact for Bowie Historical Commission so it is difficulty to know to whom I should address my questions. The one marker we do have was given to me by a friend who focused on documenting all the centennials in Texas.
