Marker Text: Conrad Reinhardt (1886-1969) bought this property in 1918 and established this homestead where he and his wife, Lillie Bell Freeman (1894-1970), raised a family and lived until their deaths. Built about 1920 of heart of pine and magnolia lumber cut from the property's trees, the house reflects the bungalow style in its hipped roof and three-bay porch with tapered columns on brick piers. A garage, two barns, and three shed structures complete the complex. (1991)
